Every piece is packed by hand in the studio and ships from New York [within X business days], [insured and tracked]. [We ship within the US / internationally on request.] Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
[Because each piece is one of a kind, all sales are final.] If anything arrives damaged, email hello@studioshoji.com within [7] days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we’ll make it right.
